Q:   Do I need to bring anything? A:   Yes, bring a beach towel, hat, sunglasses, a good pair of beach or boat shoes, and your personal choice of sunscreen. Should you forget to bring sunscreen, there is sunscreen on board.       Q:   How much time ahead of departure do I need to arrive? A:   Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.       Q:   What happens if it rains? Will we still go? A:   Yes, the BVI often have a quick passing shower and once the weather clears it is beautiful again.       Q:   What if I change my mind and do not want to go on the excursion that day? A:   No refunds will be made the day of excursion.       Q:   What if I cancel my entire trip, will I still be charged for the excursion? A:   Yes, make sure you purchase trip cancellation insurance from your travel agent or cruise line.       Q:   Will snorkelling equipment be provided? A:   Yes, we provide masks and fins in adult small, medium, large and extra large. If you have your own mask or a prescription mask please bring it with you. If you have young children, it may be best if you bring gear they are comfortable wearing for the best experience.       Q:   Will there be life jackets onboard? A:   Yes, however, if you have small children we suggest you bring one for your child to ensure a perfect fit.       Q:   Is there a shower and changing facilities? A:   Yes, there are two fresh water showers at the rear of the vessel and 2 bathrooms for changing.       Q:   Where do we board the boat? A:   Soper's Hole Marina, on Frenchman’s Cay. The boat is docked in front of Pusser’s Landing.       Q:   What happens if it is too rough to go to “The Baths” in Virgin Gorda? Do they close the beach if the surf is up? A:   The National Parks Trust will raise a flag up if it is unsafe for swimming/snorkelling. Your Captain/Hostess will brief you on the procedure to follow. If it is too dangerous to enter the Baths by dinghy, Mystique will dock in Spanish Town and guests will taxi to the Baths and access the beach from land. The taxi cost will be at guest’s expense.
